Decatur County Courthouse

The Decatur County Courthouse was completed in 1860. The style is Gothic. Sometime in the 1800s an aspen tree took root in the roof of the tower and it has become something of a local curiosity and landmark. The photo below shows a close-up of the tower and tree. Both images were taken in March of 2006.
