Population: 13,755 (2000 Census)

Cities & Towns: Winamac (county seat, 2,418, 188th largest city in the State); Francesville (905), Medaryville (565), Star City (377), Monterey (231)

Named For: Revolutionary War hero Casimir Pulaski.
