Cities: Yeoman Yeoman Yeoman Indiana (2000 population = 96) is located in Jefferson Township, in northwestern Carroll County. The town was platted in 1880 and incorporated in 1925. It lies about a mile west of the Tippecanoe River, along the railroad line between Delphi and Monticello. Indiana highway 39/US Highway 421 is about a half mile west of town.
