Cities: Rossville Rossville Rossville Indiana (2000 population = 1,513) is the largest town in Ross Township, in northwestern Clinton County. Rossville was laid out in 1834. Rossville is located at the intersection of Indiana highway 26 and US Highway 421/Indiana highway 39. It is about a mile south of the Middle Fork of Wildcat Creek and the Carroll County line. In 1886, according to the History of Clinton County, Indiana, Rossville boasted, among other businesses, a restaurant, a sawmill, and two wagon makers. |
