Reynolds

Reynolds (2000 population = 547) lies in Honey Creek Township, in central White County, at the intersection of State Road 43 and US Highway 24. Reynolds is also a railroad junction; the former Louisville, New Albany and Chicago (Monon) Railroad line running north-south through town was completed in 1854, and the former Pittsburgh, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad line running east-west was finished in 1859. The town was platted in August 1853. Spinn Prairie Nature Preserve is a couple of miles north of town.
