Cities: Kirklin Kirklin Kirklin Indiana (2000 population = 766) is located in Kirklin Township, in southeastern Clinton County. It was laid out in 1837 by Nathan Kirk. What was then the Louisville, New Albany & Chicago Railroad (later the Monon Railroad) was built through town in 1883. Kirklin lies at the intersection of Indiana 38 and US 421. |
