Cities: Francesville Francesville Francesville Indiana (2000 population = 905) lies in Salem Township, in southwestern Pulaski County. The town was laid out in 1852. It lies just east of the intersection of US Highway 421 and County Road 500 South and about a mile west of the Big Monon Ditch. The former Monon Railroad line ran north and south through town.
